Town of Los Gatos’ Below-Market Price Rental Program

Hello Housing is pleased to be administering the Town of Los Gatos’ Below Market Price (BMP) Rental Program. As part of our program management activities, Hello Housing will conduct income certification of all current BMP tenants to determine program eligibility. Please see below for more specific information for current and prospective residents.

Current BMP Residents

Program Update: During the COVID-19 crisis we are working to the best of our capacity while being offsite. This has presented various challenges but please be assured we are working to ensure timely and accurate processing.

We will be doing continued outreach to all tenants who may have questions about processes or paperwork. For tenants that need to return paperwork we have helped streamline the process to a fully online format.

Participants in the Los Gatos BMP program undergo recertification every year, beginning in April. If you are a current resident, you will receive an income recertification packet in the mail around that time. If you do not receive a packet, please contact Hello Housing.

Applicants

If you are interested in becoming a BMP resident, inquiries and applications for the BMP Rental Program should be directed to the property managers of each individual rental property. A list of affordable rental communities can be found below and also in the Town’s Housing Resources Guide.
